Acceptance of these terms

Stimpak is operated by Zektek LLC (“Zektek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using stimpak.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of the website

Stimpak lets you browse games and their live, upcoming, and ended events. You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or disrupt it, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

Accounts and sign-in

You can browse public game and event listings without an account. You may create an account using your name, email address, and password, or sign in through Google, Twitch, or Discord. A first-time social sign-in may create a Stimpak account. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not impersonate another person or use their account.

Creating an account does not grant administrative or API access. Those permissions require separate authorization. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. To request account closure, please contact us. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and sign-in information is processed.

Automated access

Bots, scrapers, and other automated tools can put unnecessary load on the website. If you’d like programmatic or bulk access to the data Stimpak tracks, please reach out about using our API instead.

If we authorize API access, keep your access tokens confidential and use them only within the permissions granted. Do not bypass access controls or use automated requests to disrupt the service. We may revoke tokens used in violation of these terms.

Submitting messages and events

If you send a message, suggest an event through the contact form, or submit content through an authorized API, you must provide accurate and complete information, and you are responsible for the content you submit. Submissions must not contain harmful, illegal, spam, or otherwise inappropriate content, or unauthorized personal information about others. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to process messages to respond to you and, for content submitted as a public listing, to edit, display, and distribute that listing on Stimpak and its feeds. Private correspondence is not a public listing submission. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, without notice, and submitting a message or event does not guarantee it will be published or that we will respond.

Event information accuracy

Event details on Stimpak are sourced from publishers, platforms, and other third parties, or submitted by users. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or that it reflects the latest changes made by the event organizer. Always confirm event details on the organizer’s own site before relying on them.

Some listings are imported or updated automatically, including Twitch drops and Discord quests. Imports can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Dates may be estimated, and countdowns, reward descriptions, viewer counts, and other statistics are informational snapshots rather than guarantees of current availability or eligibility.

Drops, quests, and rewards

Stimpak lists reward opportunities but does not award or claim rewards for you. Signing in to Stimpak does not enroll you in a campaign, connect your game account to a reward provider, or satisfy watch-time, play-time, or other participation requirements. Follow the organizer’s instructions and confirm any account-linking, region, age, device, subscription, and claim-deadline requirements. The organizer controls eligibility and fulfillment, and rewards are not guaranteed.

No affiliation

Stimpak is an independent, unofficial tracker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Twitch, Discord, Kick, Steam, or any of the games, publishers, or developers listed on the website. All game titles, logos, and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games and events being tracked.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Zektek or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the website as intended.

Links and third parties

The website links to third-party sites, such as an event’s official source, a game’s website, or a platform like Twitch or Kick. We provide these links for convenience and do not control or endorse those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that party’s own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it, including event details, is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zektek and its members and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website, including reliance on event information found here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be subject to the state and federal courts located in New York.
