Medivia Online is a free-to-play MMORPG that has operated continuously since July 2011. Set in an original medieval-fantasy world, it combines classic 2D oblique graphics with a layered map design: dungeons extend below ground while towers and rooftops rise above it. Players choose from four professions and progress through open-ended gameplay, including monster hunting, skill training, more than 200 quests, and faction storylines with exclusive rewards. Its high-stakes death system, player-driven economy, guilds, seasonal events, and PvP battles create a persistent, evolving world. Medivia offers multiple game worlds with different progression rates and supports thousands of daily players, with peak populations above 2,000 concurrent users. Developed and published by Polish studio COMADSOFT, it is available for Windows, Linux, and macOS.
