Conarium is a chilling Lovecraftian game inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s “At the Mountains of Madness” and set largely after its events. It follows four scientists seeking to push beyond nature’s absolute limits. As Frank Gilman, you awaken in a deserted Antarctic base called Upuaut, surrounded by pulsating sounds and eerie lights from a strange device. With little memory of what happened, you sense something is terribly wrong. You soon discover that using the device caused you to die and return subtly changed, carrying unsettling memories of unfamiliar places. Have you lost something vital or gained something sinister? Explore the base, navigate dreams and visions, uncover clues, and unlock dark secrets while avoiding the macabre beings lurking within.
